It's fairly evident that I'm not able to keep up with a new blog post for each and every training run I do. I had grand hopes that this would keep me honest, but in reality I just don't have the time to spend crafting witty prose and talking about my feelings every single day. Most days after I run I either have to get back to work or I'm just too exhausted to do anything but get cleaned up and relax around the house.
So from now on I am going to aggregate my training reports into batches, discussing them as it feels natural to do so. If you want a detailed analysis of my individual runs, you can check out my Strava profile where I will have my run data, brief thoughts, and a few Instagram photos.
We picked up a GoPro camera recently, and I plan on taking that on a few of my runs. I'll be editing together some video, throwing it on Youtube, and posting links here. So be on the lookout for that.
I also owe some race reports. Those will be incoming shortly.
